How much have you spent on mobile games? Well, if you are like me... you probably don't want to think about that answer. Now, how would you feel if you got 25% of that money back? I know it would certainly make my day!
Unfortunately, I am no Marty McFly, and can not take you back in time to make that happen, but I can show you how to save up to 25% back on all future spending on Legend of Elements. Whether that's $1 saved per month on the monthly pass, or $100 saved each time you max out to the Chaos Treasure Hunt, who doesn't love saving money? I know my credit card definitely does!
How Does It Work?
Well, rather than paying for your in-game purchases through a "major appstore" (think Apple or Google Play), which charge really high fees to developers - which ultimately get passed on to you - you purchase packs through an alternative app store called "Aptoide".
Aptoide charges lesser fees to developers, meaning the savings can be passed on to you. Think of it like: less expensive on the developers = less expensive in-game purchases.
⚠️ Android Only (But There's a Solution!)
Now there is one downside to Aptoide, it is Android only - but, don't worry if you are like me and play on iPhone, you can use an Android Emulator. If you are uncertain what that is, I will link a handy guide by Theria Games to explain it here: Android Emulators Guide.
Getting Started: What You Need to Download
So now that everyone has an Android, let's get to saving. First what you want to do is download two things:
Step 1: Download Legend of Elements from Aptoide
Download the game from the Aptoide Store here: http://aptoi.de/elements5
The first download is the game itself - because you will be using a different appstore to pay for it, you have to download Legend of Elements from that appstore. Download the game, run it, and switch your account if required.
Switching Accounts
To switch accounts, link your game in the profile settings when you click on your avatar at the top left on the old app, then you can switch over to the new app.
Step 2: Download the Aptoide Wallet
Get the Aptoide Wallet here: https://appcoins-wallet.en.aptoide.com/app
The next download is for the wallet. I could tell you about how Aptoide boasts the wallet uses fancy schmancy technology, but honestly I don't care. I can use PayPal and it saves me money.
So go ahead and download that Wallet, and follow the instructions. It will get you a wallet set up which you can top up with a variety of well known payment methods (I prefer PayPal).
Making Your First Purchase
Before you dive into making your first purchase, be sure to click on "Promo Code" inside the Aptoide wallet and enter the code "ELEMENTS5". This will give you an additional 5% bonus!
Now once your wallet is good to go, you can head back on over to Legend of Elements and select the pack you want to purchase. Now you will see the pop up for Aptoide's wallet appear. Here you can see the discount that you are saving.

Additional Savings Opportunities
Sometimes Aptoide runs special offers where you can even get up to 30% discount on some games! The way their discount system works is the more you spend, the more you save. So if you spend a little, then you will get a small discount, but if you spend a lot, then you will get a big discount. In the screenshot above, I saved 20% with a brand new wallet I set up for this guide, although would normally receive a massive 25% because of my spending history.
